How does payment work?

You pay securely by card, UPI or bank mandate through Cashfree, our payment partner. Choose annual or monthly at checkout; your plan renews automatically and you can cancel anytime - you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Do I need special hardware?

No. It runs on your existing laptop or phone, with an 80mm thermal printer if you want one. If you need hardware, we can help you source it.

I am moving from Petpooja. Is switching hard?

No. We import your menu and items at no cost, and your billing starts on a clean GST-compliant series from day one - your old records stay yours, exportable any time.

Can I run more than one billing counter?

Yes, unlimited counters per outlet, with no per-till charge. It's one flat price per outlet, however many devices you run there.

My shop is not GST-registered. Can I still use it?

Yes. Bills print without GST lines. You can switch GST on the day you register.

What happens if I stop paying?

If you stop paying, your account pauses. Your data stays as you left it, and reactivating puts you right back to work.

Is there a setup fee or contract lock-in?

You pay no setup fee and sign no contract. Annual billing works out about 17% cheaper than paying monthly, and you can cancel either one whenever you want - access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
